The atmosphere at breakfast was quite off, with employees appearing tense and the choices feeling stingy. I noticed the rooftop bar was quiet, lacking the lively vibe I expected. The hotel has great potential but needs to improve food and dining experiences to match its beautiful setting.

    Luxurious stay, as always. Fairly clean and WONDERFUL place, very friendly and extremely helpful staff. Beautiful and new-fashioned units with amazing design, amazingly comfortable beds and great bathrooms. Lovely restaurants.

    beautiful lobby, fine rooftop bar, spacious room with mountain views

    The shower pressure was excellent, but the lack of Netflix in the room seemed like a missed opportunity!!! The rooftop bar could improve its atmosphere. It was rather quiet without much of a social vibe during peak hours.

    Clean hotel in a very nice boutique building near the centre of the old city as well as airport. Attentive, excellent people working here. New-fashioned and outstanding room with great bathrooms and amazing design and amazingly comfortable beds. Outstanding food and exclusive drinks. Absolutely amazing experience there.

    Family stay with great service

    I got to spend some time with the staff who were super helpful they even helped me find tours at short notice. The food in the restaurant was among the best we had in the country.

    It wasn't cheap but still acceptable.

    Couple seeking an upscale experience

    The pool area was fine with this amazing view while we sipped drinks at sunset. The breakfast was amazing too with so many options and they even did gluten-free meals for me after I mentioned my allergies.

    It wasn't inexpensive but honestly still worth it.
